Should there be an instance where a day pass may become unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you immediately to offer a full refund, or a transfer to comparable resort with availability.
DAY PASS & TRANSFER CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you have changes to your travel plans, please call or notify us in writing 11 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date for refund.
At 10 days or less, your purchase becomes nonrefundable.
If your ship cancels the port, you'll receive a full refund.
There are no refunds for no-shows.

BarbadosDayPass.com acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to tours, attractions, hotel reservations and accommodations, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond BarbadosDayPass.com's control. BarbadosDayPass.com can accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. BarbadosDayPass.com reserves the right to refuse booking to anyone at its sole discretion.
Any booking made with BarbadosDayPass.com will be governed by and subject to these Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of BarbadosDayPass.com.
